I am a dedicated, intelligent sales person and have spent my working career in sales and recruitment in Eastbourne. I have become very knowledgeable in many areas of recruitment in Eastbourne in addition to developing a strong ability to develop business and close sales. Having had several branch manager roles in Eastbourne I am also experienced in managing staff. I am keen to take on a new challenge in recruitment in Eastbourne. I am excellent with computers and find I take quickly to any package presented to me.

My key responsibilities in this challenging role include establishing relationships with Eastbourne businesses, as well as organisations further afield, maintaining an excellent working knowledge of vacancies in Eastbourne and recruitment in Eastbourne and ensuring the smooth running of the branch through effective management of my team. Our major focus is Eastbourne recruitment which I believe that I have assisted by making sure that I attend local networking events and conferences. I have been able to drastically improve our Eastbourne business as well as business as a whole. My best achievement has been to create a relationship with Eastbourne Borough Council / East Sussex County Council. We have been able to fill these public sector jobs very effectively.
